Kagaya’s rooms are divided into four buildings, and although the construction of the rooms and room rates vary in each building, many of the rooms show a commitment to pure Japanese style.
Yukigetsuka, located in the center of Kagaya, is the more expensive of the four buildings, but it’s also the most popular because of its spaciousness and magnificent views.
The second rank from the top, Noto Nagisa-tei, offers a wide variety of spaces to choose from, including rooms with an open-air hot spring bath, user-friendly Japanese-Western-style rooms, and connecting rooms that can be connected to multiple rooms.
The Noto Kyakuden, located near Nanao Bay, offers a panoramic view of the tranquil inland sea while feeling the gentle sea breeze.
The most reasonably priced hotel, Noto Honjin, is located right in front of the town of Wakura, making it easy to get to the hot spring resort without stress. Despite the reasonable price, all the rooms have more than 10 tatami mats of seating and a wide veranda.

At Kagaya, you can enjoy seasonal ingredients, mainly from Noto, to the fullest. In spring, we serve sea bream and turban shells, which are rarely seen nowadays, and in summer we serve turban shells and the precious red clams unique to Nanao Bay. In the fall, the restaurant’s skilled chefs prepare such delicacies as mushrooms and sweet potatoes from the mountains, and in the winter, sweet shrimp, snow crabs and fatty yellowtail.
