There are five types of course plans available: Basic Kaiseki, Selectable Kaiseki, Three Great Taste of Ishikawa Kaiseki, Two Great Taste of the Season Kaiseki, and Kanazawa Special Kaiseki: Luxurious Zei.

The basic kaiseki plan uses an abundance of seasonal ingredients, and the choice of a specific dish can be selected from the basic kaiseki plan.

The Three Great Taste of Ishikawa Kaiseki is a selection of three premium delicacies from the mountains and seas of Kaga-Noto, while the Two Great Taste of Season Kaiseki offers seasonal tastes and exquisite sweets that can only be enjoyed once a season.
