Ibusuki Hot Spring Ibusuki Hakusui-kan is located about 1 hour and 30 minutes south of Kagoshima Airport by bus, and is a long-established ryokan where you can enjoy the nature of both the ocean and the greenery of the pine trees of Kinko Bay, which is right next door.

The attraction of Ibusuki Hakusui-kan is the “Sand Mushi Hot Spring” which has been popular since the Genroku era of Edo, the “Genroku Bath” which is also themed on public baths from the Edo era, and the “Genroku Bath” which boasts a great view.
You can enjoy an open-air hot spring bath with an open-air feel. In addition, there are a variety of other hot springs such as the barrel bath, bubble bath, and the Edo-style pomegranate bath (sauna), where you can enjoy bathing for hours.

With a total of 205 guest rooms, Ibusuki Hakusui-kan can be divided into four main room types.

The first guest room type is the most popular and the most expensive of the four, the Rikyu. All of the rooms have an ocean view and a view of the pine garden, so you can relax after a hard day’s work.
