AMAN is located on a quiet hill overlooking Ago Bay.
It is the second hotel to be opened in Japan by Aman, which operates hotels in Phuket, Bali, and other famous resort areas around the world.
What takes every visitor’s breath away is the vast scale of the hotel.
The hotel is divided into three main areas: reception, spa, and lodging, with the spa area alone covering 2,000 square meters.
Looking around, you can see the deep blue Ago Bay with its pearl-farming racks and green trees.
And then there is the beautiful one-story house.
The large gable roof and black cedar exterior walls. The design has a strong Japanese feel and is based on the concept of a Japanese minka (private house).

The charm of AMAN is its vast spa resort.
The thermal spring pools, called “thermal springs,” create the atmosphere of a resort!
Here, visitors wear swimsuits and can take hot and cold baths in the different temperatures of the thermal springs.
Alternating between hot and cold baths will relax your body and mind.
In addition, there is a 33-meter infinity pool that extends to Ago Bay, a private hot spring, and a fitness gym. The spa’s health-conscious program is also as comprehensive as you would expect.
