Bandai Atami Onsen is a famous hot spring in Tohoku that has been bubbling over for more than 600 years.
While the hotel is a secluded hot spring deep in the mountains, it is also easily accessible, taking only about two
hours from Tokyo by Shinkansen or other means.
There are 11 guest rooms in total.
All rooms are decorated in a neat Sukiya style, but each room has a different design and is furnished with large
tatami mats (jun-kyoma), which are 20% larger than other tatami mats.
