Both dinner and breakfast are served at the garden tea house “Minami” on the first floor.
Dinner is a kaiseki meal prepared by the chef using carefully selected local Shimane ingredients.
The garden is illuminated, creating a magical atmosphere, and the meals served while gazing out over the garden are exceptional.
Lake Shinji is a brackish lake connected to the Sea of Japan via the Ohashi River and the Naka Sea.
The mixture of fresh and salt water makes it rich in seafood.
You can enjoy the bounty of Lake Shinji to your heart’s content, such as sea bream, eel, and whitebait.
